MANUFACTURING:

As a trusted name in the rechargeable battery charger industry, and as one of the first foot massager manufacturers in Hong Kong, Kolvin contributes a lot to the fast-expanding market and technological innovation. Kolvin's designs are most notable for their reliability, outstanding performance, flexibility and convenience. All products are compliant with the international safety standards UL, C-UL, TUV/GS, CE, SAA, SEMKO, NEMKO, KEMA to name but a few.

In addition, the company has set up its policies to ensure that all products are meeting the strict standards (i.e. green products) and requirements (i.e. ROHS); this also applies to our materials suppliers. The factory has its own facilities such as X-ray Fluorescent Spectrometer, Hexavalent Chromium Meter, Lead Free Soldering equipments as many others. The company also has two established and well-equipped production bases in Shenzhen.

Kolvin has an extensive line of SMT machines to increase efficiency and productivity. This minimizes defects, reduces the margin of error and saves on assembly costs.
